Our model

We are the courthouse layer behind background screening companies.

Automated databases miss counties, skip updates and return incomplete records with no explanation. That gap becomes your liability, not theirs.

We close it at the source: a researcher at the county courthouse, an independent second review before anything is released, and a turnaround you can plan against.

We work behind the scenes. You keep the client relationship, the brand and the report.

Encrypted delivery with a status notification back to your system.

Client types

Who we serve.

Consumer Reporting Agencies

Coverage gaps and turnaround pressure in county jurisdictions your database can’t reach.

Screening resellers

White-label fulfillment at volume, without building a research operation.

Data platforms

Court-level verified records to sit behind aggregated data products.

HR technology platforms

Screening fulfillment behind an existing integration, under your brand.

We do not work with employers, landlords, or individuals. If you need a background check on someone, please contact a Consumer Reporting Agency.

Common questions

What operations teams ask first.

How quickly can we onboard?

Onboarding runs on a documented day-one-to-day-fourteen schedule covering contracting, secure transfer setup, a test batch and go-live. Most partners send live volume inside two weeks.

How do orders reach you?

API, SFTP batch, XML, or our secure portal for manual entry. We work to your format rather than asking you to change yours, and we confirm the exact method during onboarding.

What happens when a court is closed or a file gets stuck?

Every exception has a defined response and a communication commitment — you hear from us before you have to ask. Court closures, sealed records, clerk refusals and insufficient identifiers are each handled differently; the full matrix is published on How It Works.

Where is our data processed, and who has access?

Processing locations, personnel locations, access controls and our full subprocessor list — including whether any research is performed by contractors or a court-runner network — are published in the Trust Center.

How do you support disputes and reinvestigations?

When a consumer disputes a record, you have a statutory clock to re-verify at source. Our dispute-response commitment and escalation route are published on the compliance page so you can plan against them.

What if you don’t cover a county we need?

We tell you. Search the coverage list and you will get a straight answer, including when the answer is no. If it is a jurisdiction we can add, we confirm feasibility and turnaround within one business day.

Tell us the counties. We'll tell you the truth.

Send us the counties you need covered. We will confirm coverage and turnaround — or tell you plainly that we can’t.
