Company
A wholesale partner, by design.
Stage One sells research capacity to screening companies. We do not sell background checks, we do not hold end-client relationships, and we do not build a platform that competes with the one you already sell.
A research floor. Capacity in this business is people who know which courts open at what hour, which clerks require what, and what a docket entry means in one county and not another.

Structural position
Why wholesale-only matters to you.
A vendor who also sells direct is a vendor whose interests diverge from yours the moment one of your clients grows large enough to approach them. That conflict does not exist here, because the direct channel does not exist here.
It also shapes the product. Everything is built to be consumed by another system and re-presented under your brand, which is why provenance fields and per-jurisdiction detail matter more to us than a customer-facing interface.
What we are not
A short list, deliberately.
- Not a screening platform. We do not compete for your accounts.
- Not a database vendor. We read court indexes rather than reselling a scraped snapshot.
- Not a reseller of other researchers' work presented as our own.
- Not a generalist. County court research is the whole business.
- ContinuityWhere a jurisdiction supports more than one access method, the fallback is documented in advance rather than improvised when a court closes.
- Exception reportingCourt closures and clerk policy changes are surfaced on affected orders rather than absorbed into turnaround figures.
- Single source of truthCoverage reaches this site, your coverage list and any published jurisdiction page from one repository, so the three cannot disagree.
