What we don’t do.
Published without being asked, because you will find out eventually and it is cheaper for both of us if that happens now.
- We are not a Consumer Reporting Agency. We do not furnish consumer reports to end users and we do not sell to employers, landlords, or individuals.
- We do not interpret records. We report what the court has filed; assessing relevance, reportability and adverse action remains your responsibility as the CRA.
- We do not retrieve sealed or expunged records.
- Where a search type is not listed on this page, we do not currently offer it. If you need it, ask — we will tell you plainly whether we can add it.
- We do not contact, market to, or solicit our clients’ clients under any circumstances.
